The metal parts of the ROK espresso maker are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of order confirmation, against mechanical defects. This guarantee excludes the storage tin. If a metal part fails, send a picture, description of the fault and a copy of your proof of purchase to us and we will send a new part. Every part can be easily fitted at home by most adults. Any attempted repairs using non-standard parts invalidates the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Non-metal consumable parts are not covered by the 10 year warranty - the life of these parts is variable according to usage - they are however guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery.
